Welcome to our newly extended property! This large house with attached flat can comfortably sleep 14 people; 10 in the main house and 4 in the flat. The properties have separate external entrances and an optional shared internal entrance should you choose to use it. This fantastic home boasts:

• Situated between the towns of Ossett and Dewsbury
• 6 minutes’ drive to Dewsbury Train Station where you can reach Leeds city centre by train in 20 minutes.
• By car you can reach Wakefield in 15 minutes, Leeds in 25 minutes and Huddersfield and Bradford in 30 minutes.
• Easy access to the M1 and M62 motorways.
• For those working at or visiting Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust we are a 16 minute drive from Pinderfields Hospital and 8 minutes from Dewsbury and District Hospital.
• Some of the local tourist attractions include: Diggerland, the National Coal Mining Museum and Ponderosa Zoo. Hanging Heaton Golf Club is only 5 minutes’ drive away and you can walk to Earlsheaton Park in 20 minutes. • Local amenities that are less than 10 minutes' walk away include 2 pubs, a NISA Local, a Post Office and an Indian Takeaway.

The flat is on the ground floor of the property and provides:

• Bedroom with zip-link beds that can be joined together to form a super-king sized bed
• Shower room with shower, basin and toilet.
• There is a double sofa-bed in the living area.

The 1st floor of the main part of the property comprises:

• Family kitchen/diner/living area
• Generous living room
• Office with double sofa bed

The 2nd floor provides:

• Master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite shower room
• 3 twin/super-king bedrooms with zip-link beds
• Family bathroom with separate bath and free-standing shower.

You can access the main part of the house from the flat either by unlocking the internal doors to both properties or via the separate external access doors for each property.

*Please note that the main part of the house is on the first and second floors of the property and must be accessed by a flight of stairs, either internally or externally. Only the flat is on the ground floor.*

B.Y.O. Streaming

TVs are fitted with Chromecast. Once connected to WiFi you can cast your own streaming services to the TV with Google Cast or Apple Airplay. Alternatively you can install and sign in to the streaming apps directly on the Chromecast. Just don't forget to logout before you leave! Unfortunately the terrestrial TV reception is limited currently.

This property is strictly no smoking, no vaping and no pets.
