• This beautiful bungalow is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. It has a generously proportioned kitchen diner and a cosy living room. There are well maintained gardens to the front and back of the property.
• The kitchen boasts an integrated oven and electric hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer cookware, glassware, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
• The dining area in the kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 and there is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island.
• Comfortable Sofas and a Smart TV in the living room with Chromecast and Airplay.

• The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

• Complimentary toiletries, as well as a selection of tea, coffee, and condiments.
• All bed linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered on a regular basis.
• A washer/dryer clothes airer, ironing board and iron is available and free of charge for guests to use.

🕒 Early Check-in

• We offer an early check-in from 3pm for a small fee.

• The whole of the property is accessible except for the garage. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests within 24 hours of check-in. 
  

👐 Guest Interaction

• We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.

🚫 Not Suitable For

• Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours. 
  

👩🦼 Single storey

• Our home is on one level however the access via the main door is narrow so a wheelchair may struggle to navigate this space. 
  

🦮 Pets

• Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at this property with exception to service animals. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, whether you're here for work or leisure. B.Y.O. Streaming

TV is fitted with Chromecast. Once connected to WiFi you can cast your own streaming services to the TV with Google Cast or Apple Airplay. Alternatively you can sign in to the streaming apps installed on the Chromecast. Just don't forget to logout before you leave!

• 4 minutes’ drive/10 minute walk to South Elmsall Train Station where you can reach Doncaster in 13 minutes, Wakefield in 15 minutes and Leeds in 30 minutes.
• 6 minutes’ drive/30 minute walk to Moorthorpe Train Station where you can reach Wakefield in 20 minutes and the cities of Leeds and Sheffield in 35 minutes by train.
